1. Services

We provide online fitness coaching programs, progress tracking tools, educational resources, and related support through our platform.

All training programs are delivered digitally.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use our services. If under 18, you must have parent or guardian consent.

3. Medical Disclaimer

You confirm that:

• You are healthy enough to participate in physical exercise, or
• You have obtained medical clearance from a licensed physician.

Our programs do not replace medical advice, and all participation is at your own risk. A PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) is used to screen for risk factors before beginning any program. You agree to answer all questions truthfully and update us if your health status changes.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• All subscription plans are billed upfront.
• Billing renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel anytime directly through your account portal.
• Canceling prevents future charges but does not refund past payments.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds can only be processed within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we will have to process refund requests, subject to approval.

6. Onboarding Kit

The onboarding kit is:

• A limited-time offer for new users
• Available only after completing the 7-day free trial
• One kit per account
• Subject to availability (first 50 users or as advertised)

7. User Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during assessment and onboarding
• Disclose injuries, medical conditions, or limitations
• Follow your coach's instructions to the best of your ability
• Avoid misuse of the platform or program materials

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or dishonest conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All content—including programs, videos, images, app screens, training materials, assessments, and branding—belongs exclusively to everybody.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or reproduce any material without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• everybody, its coaches, and affiliated professionals are not liable for any injury, health issue, or damage arising from participation in exercise programs or misuse of the platform.
• You acknowledge that exercise involves inherent risks, including injury.
• You choose to participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as needed.

Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date.

Continued use of our platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
