Strength & Conditioning
Strength and conditioning sits at the center of Kieran’s coaching. He combines progressive strength work with conditioning and functional movement so clients can become stronger, fitter, and more capable over time.

5 Years Coaching
Kieran brings more than five years of professional coaching experience, backed by a Master of Science in Human Kinetics & Ergonomics with Distinction and a long-standing background in competitive sport, CrossFit, strength, and conditioning.
Kieran has been coaching professionally since 2021, with a background in strength and conditioning, functional fitness, CrossFit, endurance training, and athletic performance.
His interest in performance started long before coaching. Growing up around competitive sport, he became fascinated by what helps people become stronger, fitter, and more capable. That interest eventually led him into sport science, CrossFit competition, and professional coaching.
Today, Kieran works across a wide range of experience levels, from beginners to advanced clients, with many of the people he coaches aged 40 and above.
His approach is patient, structured, and performance-focused. He believes progress starts with understanding where you are now, building a clear roadmap, and giving the process enough consistency and time to work.
Strength and conditioning sits at the center of Kieran’s coaching. He combines progressive strength work with conditioning and functional movement so clients can become stronger, fitter, and more capable over time.
Kieran’s background in sport science and competitive training shapes how he approaches performance. He looks at strength, conditioning, movement quality, training load, and the specific demands of the client’s goal.
Kieran describes his style as strength and conditioning with a functional element. Training is designed to build qualities that carry across different movements and situations rather than focusing only on isolated exercises.
His experience with CrossFit and endurance-based conditioning makes him well suited to clients who want to improve work capacity, combine strength with conditioning, or prepare for hybrid-style training.
Kieran’s coaching is structured, supportive, and performance-focused.
He wants clients to understand where they are starting from, what they are working toward, and what needs to happen between those two points.
A typical check-in looks at progress, consistency, recovery, and anything affecting training. He uses that information to understand how the client is responding to the program and make adjustments where needed.
Listening has also become an important part of how he coaches.
Kieran talks about learning to pay closer attention to what clients actually want from training rather than assuming the goal. For him, one of the most rewarding moments is seeing someone move from self-doubt to recognizing that their own progress is real.
“Be patient, be consistent, and have a roadmap.”

From competitive sport to helping others see what they are capable of
Kieran talks about how competition and sport shaped him from an early age, eventually leading him into sport science, CrossFit, and coaching.
What keeps him interested now is not simply his own performance. It is seeing clients improve, especially when someone begins with self-doubt and gradually realizes that the work they are doing is paying off.
For Kieran, good coaching starts with understanding where someone is today, listening carefully to what they want to achieve, and building a realistic path forward.
