Strength & Conditioning
Structured progression toward being stronger and more capable. Programs build over time rather than working as a set of disconnected sessions, with exercise selection, load, and volume changing as performance develops.

+8 years of experience
Marc combines formal education in physical training with more than eight years of coaching across strength, conditioning, and athletic performance.
Marc has been coaching professionally since 2018, working across Dubai and Beirut in personal training, group training, functional fitness, and performance-focused environments. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Physical Education from Lebanese University, with coaching experience spanning F45, youth sport, boxing, Taekwondo, and strength training.
His own relationship with training started well before coaching became his profession.
Growing up, training became an outlet. It gave him structure during difficult periods, helped him work through pressure and frustration, and became something that supported his confidence.
Over time that changed how he thought about fitness. It stopped being only about physical results and became about learning, discipline, and understanding what his body was capable of.
That experience still shapes how he coaches. He does not want clients told what to do. He wants them to understand their training and build real confidence in their own ability to train well.
Structured progression toward being stronger and more capable. Programs build over time rather than working as a set of disconnected sessions, with exercise selection, load, and volume changing as performance develops.
Body composition through consistent training and realistic habits. The aim is a structure that holds up in a normal week, improving strength and fitness rather than relying on extreme approaches.
Marc's background in physical education, martial arts, and functional training shapes how he approaches performance. He works across strength, coordination, conditioning, and work capacity depending on what the goal actually demands.
For clients building muscle, progression runs across exercise selection, repetitions, volume, and load, while keeping technique and recovery in view.
Marc's coaching combines structured strength and conditioning, functional athletic development, and practical application, grounded in biomechanics, motor learning, and long-term durability.
Programs are built around current ability, goals, training history, available equipment, schedule, and feedback. As those change, the plan changes with them.
He reviews progress through performance, consistency, recovery, and what the client tells him, then adjusts exercise selection, repetitions, load, volume, or overall demand when it is warranted.
Communication adapts to the person. Text or calls depending on preference, weekly for some clients and more often for others.

Training, confidence, and growing up
Marc talks about how training became an outlet while he was growing up, and how it turned into a source of structure and confidence during a difficult period.
Over time it became less about changing physically and more about what it taught him.
That is a large part of why he coaches now.
